|1RealtyCenter.com Launches Transaction Platform, Announces Financial Representation
HOUSTON, TX (March 18, 2002) -- 1RealtyCenter.com announced that its web based real estate transaction and office intranet product is ready for release to residential real estate professionals. The software allows every company in a residential property transaction to coordinate schedules, track each others procedures, share files, and improve their service quality by centralizing their customer relationship management.
"We feel that our system will help reduce the time for Homebuyers from pre-approval to move-in by 50%.", said Geoff Vaughan, President of 1RealtyCenter.com. "The increased efficiencies will also benefit the home sellers, and every other party in a transaction. For real estate companies, less time spent closing translates to more time spent selling or marketing.
"Because of the breadth of the software, we try to introduce its features to our clients gradually. First, we provide our clients with applications or services that they have a use for in the short term. Then we slowly introduce higher end applications as they become more comfortable with the software interface and functionality. Since the whole system is modular, only the applications being leased will appear in our clients individual company account interfaces.
"We are currently focusing on companies that already use the Internet to advertise, and are ready to use the Internet as a tool to improve their organizational performance. To reach them, we are offing discounts on our monthly subscription based Intranet product to any companies who use our website design/re-design services, custom application development services, or obtain a company listing on our portal."
1RealtyCenter.com also has succeeded in obtaining representation by McNeely Venture Capital; a Houston based financial services company.
"I've never seen a software company get so far without outside financing," said Dean McNeely of McNeely Venture Capital. "I usually find that companies need funding in the concept or development phases, sometimes before a single line of code is written. 1RealtyCenter.com has made it to their product launch without outside help. A great deal of their product development risk has already been assumed. We are privileged to be representing them."
Due to the major industry shakeout of the last 2 years, 1RealtyCenter.com may be in prime position to capitalize on the failures and mistakes of industry pioneers.
