Apartment lending production fell from the prior month for the Michigan-based arm of a Dutch bank.
ABN AMRO / InterFirst Apartment Lending reported in a company announcement that June production was $149 million, down from $167 million in May. A year ago, the company said production was $146 million.
For the second quarter, the company reported $491 million in multifamily production.
Parent ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. reported total U.S. mortgage production of $14.4 billion during June.
