Federal Trade Commission U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio Eastern Division n/a Plaintiff FTC’s lawsuit alleges that Defendants offered forensic audits where they reviewed loan documents for violatons of law that would give borrowers leverage in negotiating loan modifications or short sales.
