Interest Rates Linger Near Record Lows
Average 30-year mortgage rate inches up to 3.34 percent

Mortgage interest rates edged higher from record lows this week, with lenders offering the 30-year fixed loan to solid borrowers at an average of 3.34 percent, Freddie Mac said in its latest survey.
