A regulator, an association and other organizations recently announced changes among their executive and boardroom ranks.
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp. said in a Nov 9 news release that Anne T. Noonan was appointed to the new position of managing director and chief systemic risk officer. She’ll oversee management of the systemic risk framework.
Noonan most recently was executive vice president and global head of risk management and regulatory affairs at CLS Bank International.
Angela M. Sanders was hired as a staff assistant to the chairman of the National Credit Union Administration, Debbie Matz, a Nov. 17 announcement said. She previously served as an executive assistant at PNC Bank.
Peter J. Birnbaum was elected to the 2009-2010 Board of Governors of the American Land Title Association at the group’s annual convention during October in Palm Beach Fla., a statement Wednesday indicated. Birnbaum is the president of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund.
Last week, ALTA announced that Anne L. Anastasi was named president-elect for the 2009-2010 year. Anastasi, who was the first female president of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association, is president and owner of Genesis Abstract LLC based in Hatboro, Pa.
Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco Directors John F. Luikart and John T. Wasley were elected to new terms on the bank’s board, according to a statement last week. Luikart is president of Bethany Advisors LLC and Wasley is a managing partner with Heidrick & Struggles.
