A California-based company looking to reach mortgage originators got more business than it could handle through ads placed with MortgageDaily.com.
"I got 46 responses to my ad today in my in-box," Diane Davis of Quiet Thunder LLC wrote in a February message to MortgageDaily.com. "They started at 4:44 a.m. this morn, just ended; it's been a steady stream."
Quiet Thunder ran ads on several MortgageDaily.com e-mail newsletters, which are sent out three times weekly. Their services target loan originators and other mortgage executives who are looking for additional sources of income.
Her advertisements were placed alongside headlines related to mortgage industry layoffs.
"I have had such a terrific response, both today (Friday), and Monday, and last Monday," Davis wrote earlier this month. "So much that I'm really behind in my follow-up ... which is a great problem to have."
She added, "Thanks so much."
