An alternative-A package of Fannie Mae bulk servicing rights is on the block.
Interactive Mortgage Advisors is selling $1.5 billion in Private Remic/Fannie Mae Alt-A bulk servicing rights.The package has an additional $750 million to $1.0 billion per month available through flow delivery, according to an e-mailed statement from Interactive to MortgageDaily.com. Interactive said the seller it represents is “a well-established, highly reputable investment banking firm who requires a nondisclosure agreement to be executed between [Interactive] and any prospective purchaser prior to release of any offering memorandum or detailed loan information.” The final bid date is Oct. 13, the statement said. Interactive announced it also offering two other Fannie bulk packages this month. The first is worth $206 million in servicing rights on 1,893 mostly Michigan loans, and has a weighted average rate of 5.833% and a weighted average remaining term of 302 months. The 30-day or more delinquency rate is reportedly 5.76%. The other deal is for $26 million. |
