An appraisal management company that operates from the state of New York has identified its top real estate appraisers. The elite group of home valuation experts were recently recognized at a Las Vegas convention.
Solidifi claims that it is the third-largest independent provider of residential real estate appraisals in the United States.
The Buffalo-based AMC also boasts that it is the appraisal service provider of choice for half of the nation’s top 50 residential lenders.
On Thursday, Solidifi announced the launch of its “EXTRAordinary Appraiser Program.”
The program provides recognition for “the elite network of Solidifi PerforMAX.”
Such designated appraisers are benchmarked against their peers using dozens of metrics, according to Solidifi.
“So often these top appraisers are the unsung heroes of the valuation process,” Solidifi Chief Valuations Officer Andrew Bough said in the news release. “We decided to change that by creating the EXTRAordinary Appraiser program to recognize their efforts and turn the spotlight on the great work they’re doing on behalf of lenders, homeowners and the mortgage industry.”
The 30 appraisers were recognized at the annual Valuation Expo in Las Vegas. That event took place at the Flamingo Hotel from June 18 until June 20.
“The Solidifi PerforMAX appraiser network is comprised of the most competent appraisers in the business,” the statement said. “They raise the bar in terms of service, quality and professionalism.”
