During the first three months of this year, more than 70 mortgage-related conferences and other events are scheduled. Appraisals, commercial real estate and litigation are among the topics being covered.
The Mortgage Daily conference calendar has 24 events for January, while another 18 are listed for next month and 30 are scheduled for March.
Among this month's events is
the CRE Finance Council, which is holding the first of two premier conferences beginning on Jan. 7 and continuing until Jan. 9. The event is being hosted at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla., and costs $1,595 for members and $2,295 for non-members.
The CRE Finance Council June Conference 2015 will be held from June 8 until June 10. The Marriott Marquis times Square in New York is the location of the conference.
The Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza is the venue for the American Conference Institute's 16th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement. The event, which takes place on Jan. 15 and Jan. 16, costs $2,295.
Among topics to be covered at the ACI event are disparate impact claims, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau oversight and Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts or Practices standards.
Among three conferences announced by the American Land Title Association is the Business Strategies Conference on March 18 through March 20 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown.
ALTA's Federal Conference and Lobby Day takes place at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Washington, D.C., from May 18 until May 20.
In addition, ALTA's Annual Convention takes place beginning Oct. 7 and ending Oct. 10 at the Westin Copley Place Boston.
