On June 21 and June 22, the Mortgage Bankers Association is holding its National Advocacy Conference 2017 at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, D.C.
The event is limited to MBA members and costs $450.

On July 18, the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is hosting
its Risk Governance workshop at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland South in Cleveland.
The workshop combines lectures, discussion and exercises to provide practical information for bank directors to effectively measure and manage risks.
At the same location the next day, the OCC is hosting its Compliance Risk workshop. The session teaches the critical elements of an effective compliance risk management program. Among topics to be covered are the Flood Disaster Protection Act, Fair Lending and the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act.

From Aug. 20 through Aug. 23, The Mortgage Collaborative 2017 Summer Conference takes place at the Omni Nashville Downtown in Nashville, Tennessee. Registration costs $795 if purchased by July 21 and $995 after that.
The Fairmont hotel in Dallas is the location of NAHREP 2017 National Convention & Latin Music Festival from Sept. 10 through Sept. 12. Tickets to the event cost between $199 and $699 depending on NAHREP membership and the date purchased.
Inaugural Mortgage Risk Management Strategies Forum is being held by Information Management Network at the Fairmont in Santa Monica, California, on Oct. 2 and Oct. 3. Attendees will pay between $1,495 and $1,895 depending on the date registered.
