With an increase in home prices expected this year, Embrace Home Loans plans to expand its staffing across the country.
Nationwide headcount at the Newport, Rhode Island-based mortgage banking firm already stands at
more than 600 employees.
But with home prices forecasted to rise, Embrace Home Loans said it is ramping up recruitment efforts across its branch network
Recruiting should be easy for the lender, which reports that it has been ranked as a best place to work by the Providence Business News for 11 consecutive years.
In addition, the company claims to be among the 50 Best Small & Medium Companies to Work for in America as ranked by the Great Place to Work Institute.
Among the resources it provides to employees is a Realtor communications kit, customized flyers, email nurture campaigns, co-branded open house materials and a three-year stay-in-touch campaign.
Also provided are a personal marketing coordinator to set up promotional events for Realtors.
“Our passion is simple,” Embrace Home Loans Chief Sales Officer Jeff McGuiness stated in the announcement. “We want to help those within our local communities grow both personally and professionally. Embrace Home Loans spokeswoman Mary Curtis didn’t immediately respond to a request for details about the number or type of job openings.
