A mortgage servicer based in Colorado is running a recruiting campaign with plans to fill more than a hundred open positions.
Specialized Loan Servicing LLC says it is an independent third-party mortgage servicer. It is majority owned by Computershare Limited.
A report early last year from Moody’s Investors Service indicated that staffing at the Highlands Ranch, Colo.-based company stood at more than a thousand servicing associates.
But SLS says that it “is growing exponentially,” prompting a need for more employees.
So it is holding a career fair from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday at its Highlands Ranch headquarters located at 8742 Lucent Boulevard.
More than a hundred positions are open.
A spokeswoman for the company said that jobs are available in all of its departments including customer service, default administration and business controls.
It will consider candidates ranging from entry-level to experienced professionals for the openings.
SLS might find some recruits from Nationstar Mortgage LLC, which plans to lay off 20 servicing employees in Littleton, Colo., between the end of this month and mid-October.
SLS, which Moody’s said in last year’s statement serviced $28 billion, promises “a rewarding career, competitive compensation, great benefits and a casual work environment.”
