Residential finance firms that participate in the LendingTree network have been rated by their customers, an the results are in.
Insight Loans landed in the top spot of the
LendingTree Q4 2016 Top Mortgage Lenders top customer-rated network lenders.
Lenders were ranked based on a five-star quality review system that rates the customer experience as determined by LendingTree users.
Insight Loans, the brand promoted by Novi, Michigan-based Insight Financial Services LLC,
moved up from No. 10 in the third quarter.
Second on the latest list was HomePlus Mortgage, a 40-person crew who reportedly closed 150 loans per month last year.
San Diego-based HomePlus climbed from No. 4 in the prior-period report.
The fourth-quarter 2016 ranking had AmeriSave Mortgage Corp. in the third position.
The Atlanta-based firm wasn’t on the third-quarter ranking of the 10 best network lenders.
LendingTree placed Busey Bank in the fourth spot. The St. Louis financial institution, which operates Busey Home Mortgage,
also didn’t make the prior-quarter top-10 list.
Rounding out the top-five was Charlotte, North Carolina-based Wyndham Capital Mortgage Inc.
Wyndham maintained its standing from three months earlier.
