One of the industry’s most popular loan origination systems has been upgraded. Other LOS enhancements involve technology integrations.
Ellie Mae Inc.’s all-in-one mortgage management platform, Encompass, has been upgraded to version 17.1, a news release Monday said.
This iteration of the LOS includes
expanded support for construction loans and more streamlined workflow integrations with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
In addition, there are Trade Management enhancements and updates to reports in Encompass 17.1.
Last month, Pleasanton, California-based Ellie reported that it launched
Encompass Loan Officer Connect. The new offering promises a scalable mobile extension of Encompass to help originators more effectively and efficiently handle borrowers.
“The solution is a direct extension of Encompass and can be accessed from iPhones, iPads and Android devices, letting users stay connected to their borrowers through easy access to loan pipelines, alerts, lock expiration dates and loan amounts,” Ellie, a Mortgage Daily advertiser, said in the news release.
Record earnings have been reported by OpenClose
as its revenue between 2015 and 2016 jumped by 30 percent versus the mid-20 percent growth rate it has experienced over the past few years.
West Palm Beach, Florida-based OpenClose attributes the bulk of its growth to an increasing demand for its LenderAssist LOS.
The
LoanSphere Empower LOS will be integrated with PitchPoint Solutions’ mortgage fraud risk services by mid-2017, according to Black Knight Financial Services.
During the third-quarter 2016, LendingQB signed up six new mortgage-banking clients, a statement last month said.
Also last month, an announcement indicated that Simplifile’s document and data management services have been integrated into LendingQB.
An integration has been made with
Mortgage Cadence’s Enterprise Lending Center LOS by Essent Guaranty Inc., a statement Tuesday said.
Alaska USA Federal Credit Union has signed on as an Enterprise Lending Center client, a Jan. 10 statement said.
On Jan. 23, CalyxSoftware announced that MGIC has integrated its mortgage insurance services into the PathSoftware LOS.
FraudGuard was also integrated
into PathSoftware, a Jan. 11 statement said.
PCLender announced on Jan. 25 that its LOS
was integrated with Blend. The Blend platform creates an end-to-end digital mortgage experience.
