In addition to senior management appointments at several mortgage banking organizations, two companies have hired executives to head up their construction lending divisions.
PennyMac Financial Services Inc. disclosed on March 6 that
Anne D. McCallion, its senior managing director and chief enterprise operations officer, has joined its board of directors.
In Irvine, California,
loanDepot LLC announced on March 19 that it has hired Tammy Richards as chief operations officer for enterprise mortgage operations.
Richards’ more than three decades’ experience included stints at Bank of America- Countrywide Home Loans, Caliber Home Loans Inc. and Wells Fargo.
The new
head of mortgage strategies at Angel Oak Capital Advisors is Namit Sinha, a news release Wednesday said. Sinha will focus on non-QM investments.
Prior employers for Sinha include Nomura Securities, Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. In all, Sinha has 15 years’ experience in fixed-income products.
Parkes Dibble has been hired as director of mortgage product innovation at Embrace Home Loans, a statement last month said. His more than 35 years’ experience included jobs at First Horizon National Corp., HSBC Mortgage Services and most recently at Deephaven Mortgage LLC.
A March 20 statement from LoanCare indicated Gene Ross retired on March 19 from his role as executive vice president of strategy and business development.
Stepping in for Ross is Rodney Moss, who has a quarter-century in the business.
Moss’ previous employers include Flagstar Bank, Ocwen Financial Corp. and SunTrust.
Brian Brizard has been promoted to chief business officer by Home Point Financial Corp., a statement Thursday said. Brizard’s 26 years in the business included founding two mortgage firms before joining the Ann Arbor, Michigan-based company in 2015.
In the same announcement, Home Point said it promoted Lisa Patterson to chief production officer.
Before starting with Home Point in 2015, Patterson had been in the mortgage business since at least 1999.
On Tuesday, Envsion Bank & Mortgage said it appointed Paul O’Reilly
vice president, residential lending manager. He reportedly spent more than 31 years in the business.
The new executive vice president and chief human resource officer at Pacific Union Financial LLC is Brad Hoke, a March 14 statement said.
He reportedly has more than two decades’ experience in the mortgage industry — including time at Countrywide, PrimeLending and Stearns Lending LLC.
Earlier last month, Irving, Texas-based Pacific Union said Michael Gallo was hired as executive vice president of wholesale national operations. His two decades of experience
had him previously working at BofA-Countrywide, Caliber and Stearns.
LoanStar Home Lending said in a March 22 statement that it hired 30-year mortgage veteran Lance Lemoine as its new senior vice president, regional sales manager for the Central and Eastern United States.
Lemoine previously hung his hat at BofA and Wells Fargo Bank, among other organizations.
Mark Muth has joined Marketplace Home Mortgage LLC as director of construction lending, a press release last month said. His 15 years’ experience included was spent at DHI Mortgage.
Over at PrimeLending, Chris Goodwin was named managing director of Grand Home Loans LLC, a statement last month said. Goodwin has 20 years in the business, including four years as a joint-venture manager at Wells Fargo.
