A mortgage banker based on the East Coast reported its quarterly mortgage production as well as its latest headcount.
Residential loan originations at Prosperity Home Mortgage LLC totaled 2,215 loans for $0.617 billion during the three months ended Sept. 30.
The Chantilly, Va.-based company reported the loan production numbers as part of the Mortgage Daily Third Quarter 2014 Mortgage Origination Survey.
Prosperity Home Mortgage is a subsidiary of the Long & Foster Companies.
Its residential offerings reportedly include jumbo mortgages, loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration and mortgages guaranteed by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The lender previously reported annual originations of more than 12,400 loans for $3.6 billion in 2012.
No mortgage servicing portfolio was reported.
Staffing at Prosperity Home Mortgage finished September at 390 employees.
The mortgage banker previously reported that mortgage consultants account for more than 140 of its employees.
