A new online mortgage business is looking for Dallas originators and hopes to expand its staff by a hundred employees this year.
FinanceMyHome.com has opened for business in Dallas — though loans will be originated online.
The operation was launched as the consumer-direct lending division of Real Estate Mortgage Network Inc., according to an announcement Tuesday.
In addition to conventional and government programs, the company hopes to score with borrowers by offering an FHA 203(k) program that provides extra guidance in the process.
FinanceMyHome.com is being run by Senior Managing Director Tim Bartosh and Managing Director Matt Payan.
“We’re continually looking for quality loan originators to join our team here in Dallas,” Bartosh stated in the announcement. “We are looking to hire around 100 new employees by the end of the year.”
FinanceMyHome.com will generate business from an advertising campaign to be run on television, radio and social media. The marketing campaign is expected to start shortly.
