Fifty loan officers are being recruited in 23 states by a Conn.-based mortgage banking firm.
The recruiting campaign was announced Monday by Total Mortgage Services LLC.
According to the Milford, Conn.-based company, 50 retail loan officers are being hired throughout 23 states where Total is already licensed to do business.
The “high quality mortgage production professionals” are being lured with “a highly competitive compensation package” as well as competitive programs, Total said.
John Walsh, president of the 14-year-old lender, explained in the announcement that the originators who are hired will be those “who not only have a track record of producing quality loans, but who are technologically savvy, have great communication skills and are aligned with our integrity-based culture and our centralized model.”
