Carrington Mortgage Services LLC is recruiting existing mortgage branches in an effort to boost next year’s home loan originations. New recruits are promised strong marketing support.
The Santa Ana, Calif.-based company plans to expand its business in 2014 by expanding its national sales force.
It expects to achieve this by building its network of branches and promoting “the wealth of current and emerging branch opportunities” it currently has available.
Carrington does business in 43 states in addition to Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
Currently, it operates more than 30 branches across the country.
A spokeswoman explained in a written statement that new branches are greeted by an “award-winning learning and development team.”
All transition expenses are covered by Carrington.
In addition to platform branding support and automated marketing programs, new recruits will have access to advanced marketing tools, agency marketing programs and event management and support.
Also available is a digital print and promotions store and shipping and fulfillment services for marketing and promotion items.
Carrington says it also provides compliance support and human resource support. In addition, it covers all licensing expenses and provides opportunities for an expansion of licensing.
Product offerings include conventional loans and a full array of government programs.
The company declined to provide compensation information.
