The Lead Pool

The Lead PoolRecent mortgage lead offerings

Mortgage lead companies are using blogs, free leads and property-specific promotions to generate and sell loan leads. One recent offering focuses on prospects who qualify for recently raised loan limits.

Network Earth Inc. announced the release of mbrokertools.com, which it says creates synergistic lead-generating relationships between the mortgage industry and real estate professionals. The service was developed by mortgage coaches and trainers for loan originators and reportedly delivers affordable, exclusive, real-time leads through a proprietary system that captures the lead the moment a prospective borrower becomes interested in a particular property.

“The mBrokerTools product will reach large quantities of homebuyers from a variety of reputable sources,” Network Earth stated. “Rather than purchasing potentially stale and unresponsive leads, the mBrokerTool gives mortgage professionals the ability to provide a credible, localized service at the moment the buyer is interested in a particular property.”

Intellidyn Corp. announced its new marketing models can help retail lenders immediately identify and market to refinance loan prospects who now qualify under higher limits for conforming mortgages and loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration. The temporary increase to $729,250 is part of the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 that was recently signed into law.

“First move advantage is everything in a limited time refinance market and the lender who reaches out first with a case-specific offer is most likely to convert those homeowner prospects to funded loans,” Intellidyn President and Chief Executive Officer Peter Harvey said in the statement. “But the lenders who can pinpoint and reach out quickly to these highly-motivated and highly-qualified homeowners with the right offers will be the clear winners.”

Until Friday, 1st Choice Mortgage Leads is giving away free leads in addition to regular packages purchased, according to a promotional e-mail from the Athens, Ga.-based company. On packages of 10 exclusive leads priced at $120, five free leads are provided. On packages of 300 exclusive leads, which cost $1,200, 100 free leads will be added. 1st Choice offers a number of packages in between the 10 and 300 level.

“All of our lead packages come with our Guaranteed to fund policy,” 1st Choice said. “Any lead that we send you and you cannot fund simply return it for a replacement lead. We allow 3 replacements per lead.”

Lead provider LowRateSearch.com has launched a blog to generate more lead prospects. The Wilmington, Del.-based company generates traffic to its new Web site by posting information about deals on a number of other services, including travel and insurance.
