A trio of residential lenders from across the country have announced that they are expanding their home lending staffs in states from the East Cost to Colorado.
A new 9,800-square-foot office in Greenwood Village, Colorado, is where 31 First California Mortgage Co. employees are now working, a statement Monday said.
In addition, First California elaborated in the press release that the new space also comes “with several more hires expected”
for the mortgage lender.”
First California claims to be an agency-approved, top-100 lender.

Churchill Mortgage Corp. reported on Jan. 20 that it added 15 mortgage professionals so far this year in Georgia, Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
The Brentwood, Tennessee-based mortgage banker, which reported $292 million in fourth-quarter 2015 mortgage originations, disclosed a total staff of 370 employees as of Dec. 31, 2015.

Plymouth, Michigan-based Success Mortgage Partners Inc. said last month that it would expand
in its home state as well as in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Wyoming.
“Success Mortgage Partners has triumphantly doubled in size consecutively for 2 years while hiring over 200 talented employees,” the statement said.
