After swallowing up a recent acquisition, Home Point Financial Corp. has announced its new management lineup, including some of the acquired firm’s leaders.
Last month,
Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Home Point closed on the acquisition of Stonegate Mortgage Corp., an Indianapolis-based publicly traded mortgage banking firm.
At the time, Willie Newman was designated as chief executive officer of the combined company, and Stonegate’s president and CEO, James V. Smith, was named chief operating officer.
On Wednesday,
Home Point disclosed 11 more executives on its management team.
Existing Home Point executives will on the new team include Chief Financial Officer
Howard Nathan, Chief Production Officer Brian Brizard, Chief Capital Markets Officer Maria Fregosi and Chief Information Officer Paul Orlando.
Stonegate executives to move to Home Point include Kelly Henry as chief risk officer, Steve Landes as senior managing director — correspondent lending and R. Douglas Gilmore as CISO.
Former Stonegate executives David Dill and David Kress have also stayed on at Home Point.
Matthew Goodman is the chief administrative officer, and Sheryl Johnson is the chief legal officer.
