New chief executives have been hired for a loss mitigation firm, a data validation company and an information services provider. One of the three firms assembled an entire management team.
A new executive team was announced last week by UnitedTech Lender Services Inc.
Timothy M. Walsh was appointed president of the loss-mitigation service provider, while Kevin Raney was named chief operating officer and Baron Wilhelm was appointed EVP of administration and outsourcing.
Laura A. Marsh was named vice president of marketing, and Stephen Weaver named general counsel. In addition, Patrick Kopins was named president of subsidiary UTLS Technology Services.
Aklero Process Solutions Inc. said in a Nov. 16 news release that Brian K. Fitzpatrick was hired as president and chief executive officer. Fitzpatrick came to the “provider of data and document validity assurance for the mortgage industry” from Lydian Technology Group. Other prior employers included GHR Systems and Electronic Data Systems Corp.
Greg Wilson was hired as a vice president for Mortgage Search & Acquisition, an announcement this month said. Wilson will take responsibility for the Dallas-based executive recruitment firm’s East and Southeast divisions.
A Nov. 13 statement from Altisource Portfolio Solutions S.A. indicated that Scott A. Slifer was brought on as a senior vice president of business development and marketing. Before joining the Luxembourg-based mortgage consulting firm, Slifer reportedly worked at Freddie Mac and Citibank.
Sandeep Sahai will take over as president and CEO of Headstrong, which provides information services technology to the financial services industry, a news release last week said. Current CEO Arjun Malhotra will remain chairman.
Sahai was a founder and partner of TechSpan, which was acquired by Headstrong in 2003. He was previously president of Headstrong’s financial services business.
