Several developers of loan origination systems have enhanced their offerings through alliances, partnerships and the integration of other services. Among added features are loan product and pricing searches, mortgage compliance and appraisal ordering.
PCLender.com announced on Oct. 12 that Mercury Network’s appraisal workflow and management solution has been integrated into its LOS. Completed appraisals are placed as a PDF in the loan files.
The prior month, PCLender.com announced that its LOS is now available to Mortgagebot PowerSite customers. PCLender said its enterprise LOS platform enables lenders to manage the entire lifecycle of a loan, from marketing to secondary marketing to post-closing. Mortgagebot provides point-of-sale technology.
LoanSifter Inc.’s product and pricing engine is now available through Byte Software’s LOS, an Oct. 12 press release indicated.
An alliance between INTEGRA Software Systems and Compliance Systems Inc. has enabled INTEGRA to expand its mortgage LOS to consumer and commercial lending, according to an announcement last month. The move was enabled by an integration of Compliance Systems’ IntelleDoc Solutions into INTEGRA’s Destiny product.
MRG Document Technologies’ MIRACLE Online electronic document preparation and compliance software has been integrated into OpenClose’s LOS, LenderAssist, an October press release said.
A collaboration between Ellie Mae and SavingStreet enables originators who utilize Ellie’s Encompass360 to automatically maintain contact with borrowers throughout the loan process as well as after the closing, a September statement said. SavingStreet’s service, which is easily established in moments, generates automated e-mails on behalf of the originator that provide borrowers with help in the process of the moving, setting up in their new home and obtaining discounts for related services.
Calyx Software, the maker of Point, said in September that The Calyx Network was expanded with a new network interface update. In addition, ATLOS Processing & Document Management Software was added to network.
