ABN AMRO Apartment Lending announced increases in production for December, the fourth quarter, and the entire year.
The commercial lending division of ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. reported $1.8 billion in lending for 2002, more than a one-quarter increase over 2001’s production.
Its fourth quarter production total was $402 million, a slight increase over third quarter’s $388 million.
During the month of December, the lender originated $159 million in loans, a 21% increase from the same time last year.
In 2003, Parent ABN AMRO Mortgage “will continue to pursue technological innovations,” said executive vice president William A. Newman.
ABN AMRO Mortgage is based in Ann Arbor, Mich. and says it’s the nation’s fifth largest lender.
