A major financial institution recently implemented a new loan origination system, while providers of competing LOS offerings have integrated other services into their systems.
On Thursday, LendingQB issued a news release indicating that it
ranked highest in functionality, end user experience and overall satisfaction in The STRATMOR Group’s 2017 Technology Insights report.
In addition, the Costa Mesa, California-based mortgage technology provider said it
held the highest rating in overall satisfaction among the largest LOS vendors for the third consecutive year.
LendingQB last month revealed that Hippo’s home insurance solution mortgage app was integrated into its LOS.
The remaining 2018 HMDA updates were released for the Loan Producer LOS ahead of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s implementation date, Financial Industry Computer Systems Inc. announced last month.
A Jan. 8 statement from Citigroup Inc. indicated that it has adopted Black Knight’s LoanSphere Empower LOS. Implementation of the system is immediately being initiated.
“Black Knight’s Empower offers exceptional functionality, including integration with service providers for pricing, fees, compliance, appraisal, fraud and settlement services with seamless workflow and fully automated processes in many instances,” the statement said. “Its comprehensive implementation and support model includes an existing integration with Cenlar, the company undertaking the servicing of Citi’s owned mortgage loan portfolio, which will create a seamless process for clients after closing.”
ComplianceAnalyzer has been integrated into Empower, a news release last month said.
