This is up from 60% in October, when MortgageDaily.com first released user data. More than 6% of registered users indicated they are in “Loan Production,” among which are included loan processors, sales managers, underwriters, and closers. About 7% indicated they were in loan production last October. Nearly 6% said they are in “Wholesale Lending,” which includes account executives and their sales managers and quality control personnel. This category was unchanged from the last announcement. Just more than 3% of registrants indicated that they are a “Mortgage Executive,” down from 4% in October. This category includes vice presidents or higher at a lender with more than 100 employees. “Secondary Marketing” was selected by approximately 3% of all registered users.
