A growing consulting firm that counts several of the biggest mortgage lenders as its customers nearly tripled in staff size over the past two years. More recruiting will help the hiring to continue through the end of this year.
Five out of the top eight U.S. mortgage originators work with Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group, according to a news release from the company.
The firm’s mortgage group says it helps clients retool products and channels, tighten risk controls and “revisit and re-invest in lending practices.”
Melody Callaway, a spokeswoman for the company, said in a written statement that the Dallas firm employed 120 people in 2010.
But the staff at Carlisle & Gallagher has expanded to 350 “seasoned professionals,” and the growth is ongoing.
“It is estimated that we will continue to grow the practice by 25 percent at the end of 2012,” Callaway said.
Recruits will be housed at a “50,000-square-foot ready-to-work facility” equipped with Internet-connected computers, telephones and high security.
On its website, Carlisle & Gallagher says that it hires “the best business and technology minds in the industry and give[s] them exceptional opportunities to grow.”
