Former MBA Director Now Board Member of Bank

IndyMac Bancorp, Inc., has named to its board a former member of the board of the Mortgage Bankers Association of America (MBA).
Terrance G. Hodel served on MBA’s board from 1992 to 1998, IndyMac said. In addition to serving as president of North American Mortgage Company from 1992 to 1997, president of IMCO Realty Services from 1985 to 1992 and Well Fargo Mortgage Company from 1979 to 1985, Hodel has also served on the board of directors of Redwood Trust, according to IndyMac. The statement said Hodel has more than 33 years experience in the mortgage industry. Patrick C. Haden, chairman of the IndyMac Board Nominating and Governance Committee, said in the press release that Hodel would serve as a member of the Asset and Liability Committee as well as the Community Lending, Compliance and Technology Committee. |
